Farina 00 di grano tenero , BUTTER , pere candite (pere, zucchero bianco, sciroppo di glucosio, acqua), tuorli d’uova fresche pastorizzate, zucchero , lievito madre , miele d’acacia , pasta d’arancia , sale , acqua, vaniglia di bourbon del Madagascar in baccelli , Glassa: cioccolato bianco (zucchero, burro di cacao, latte intero in polvere, emulsionante: lecitina di soia, aroma naturale di vaniglia), crema di pears, pere candite, burro di cacao.
