Traditional Bauletto is the leavened product is our all-year-round leavened product. It is a fluffiness of butter, eggs and flour that, at the first bite, gives you a light crunchiness followed by an incredible softness! Perfect for breakfast, as a dessert or as an afternoon snack.

It is made with butter, with one any vegetable fat, with sourdough starter that we refresh daily and stuffed with candied oranges.
