Lo facciamo con l’impasto classico, solo con burro, uova e farina, usiamo sempre il lievito madre, ma non ci mettiamo i canditi né l’uvetta, perché tutti hanno diritto di gustarsi un buon panettone artigianale in santa pace.
Sopra ci mettiamo una glassa fatta di mandorle, nocciole e zucchero e, naturalmente, anche il Panettone Zero è un prodotto 100% artigianale con zero conservanti, zero semilavorati, aromi e grassi vegetali.
