Multigrain Bauletto with Figs and Nuts has a long and slow leavening, made with only sourdough starter and stuffed with Italian figs and walnuts. With a rustic taste with stone-ground Italian wheat flours, it has a soft structure.

It is made only with butter, with no vegetable fat, it is very rich in fibre and very digestible thanks to the long leavening and the use of high quality raw materials.
