00 soft wheat flour, butter, pasteurised fresh egg yolks, (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract) candied lemon peel, sugar, sourdough starter, acacia honey , candied lemon paste, salt, water, Madagascar bourbon vanilla pods.
Filling: limoncello cream, glucose syrup, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), lemon essential oil, candied Amalfi Coast PGI lemon peels. Coating: Valrhona white chocolate (sugar, Valrhona cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), grape seed oil, candied lemon peel, colouring vegetable concentrate (safflower and lemon), lemon essential oil.
